Look - I know what you are thinking.... "legal nonsense...I get it! I am the same way! However....I really need you to read this, because I care about your experience using Your Dream Vacation, and I understand the value of setting expectations up front so you are not caught off-guard should something go haywire and you have to make an adjustment to your travel plans.
This page lists the Terms and Conditions for booking travel with Your Dream Vacation. If any of this is unclear, and you have any questions, please contact me for clarification.
Please check your documents when you receive them. You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform me promptly of any issues. The names, birthdates and gender on your documents must match your government-issued ID.
You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel.
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the Supplier, and not against Your Dream Vacation.
If the credit card is passed through to the travel service provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Your Dream Vacation against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Your Dream Vacation. If Your Dream Vacation incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs.
Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier, even if you purchase through a Tour Operator or Your Dream Vacation, referred to in this portion of the agreement as "YDV". If you purchase air travel through YDV, you acknowledge and agree that YDV does not have the right to control the operations of independent airlines, and agree that YDV is not liable for any personal injury, property damage related to your purchase of air tickets or air travel, including, but not limited to any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by any act, error or omission of the airline, including their failure to deliver services, partial or inadequate delivery of services, airline policies including refund or rebooking policies, fees for checked or carry-on luggage, fuel increases, bankruptcy or cessation of operations.
YDV shall not assume any responsibility for any air schedule changes.
Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.
Airline voucher e-tickets expire a year from issue date unless carrier fare rules in passenger’s itinerary fare provide otherwise.
Due to enhanced security, YDV strongly recommends that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. If you fail to check-in at the airport within the allowed timeframe as designated by the airline, you will be denied boarding. In the event you are denied boarding, the YDV is not responsible for the correction of this failure.
Seat assignments are not guaranteed even after they are assigned, and YDV has no control over airline seat assignments.
Once scheduled air tickets are issued, no changes are allowed and are non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions of your applicable airline as their terms and conditions will take precedence over the terms and conditions set out in this section.
Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
You, the traveling guest are responsible for reading the Supplier Terms and Conditions of cancelation and/or changes of each of your travel components booked. Those terms and conditions can be found on the website of your Supplier, or on the booking confirmation that was emailed to you during the booking process. By checking the box below, you are agreeing that you have read, and agree to those Terms and Conditions as set forth by the Supplier.
While Your Dream Vacation does NOT charge a planning fee, nor do I plan on it, I reserve the right to enforce cancelation fees that are not associated with the supplier cancelation fees. These fees must be paid BEFORE your agent cancels your travel booking(s).
In the event you choose to cancel your booking, your credit card on file will be charged, or you will Venmo/Paypal the agent on record for Your Dream Vacation cancellation fee in the following amount:
DOMESTIC PACKAGES: $25 per person
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES: $50 per person
CRUISE PACKAGES: $25 per person

75 days prior to travel: $10 per person
74 days or less before travel: $25 per person
CUSTOM EUROPE PACKAGES
90+ days before travel = $50 per person
89 days or less before travel = $100 per person
Your Dream Vacation reserves the right to enforce change fees to an existing reservation, whatever the cause. The client will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes date changes, destination changes, name changes or corrections, birthdate corrections, and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. This fee will either be charged to the card on file, or sent via Venmo/Paypal before the change is completed.
