Our overall experience working with Lois as our travel agent was fantastic. One of our favorite parts of working with her was how attentive and detail-oriented she was throughout the entire process. She really listened to what we were looking for and provided thoughtful suggestions that made the trip planning stress-free and enjoyable. We also appreciated how quickly she responded to any questions or concerns, which made us feel confident and well taken care of. Honestly, we can’t think of much to criticize—if we had to choose a least favorite part, it would just be the anticipation while waiting for the trip to begin! My favorite part about planning a first time trip to NYC was having an experienced travel agent who’s been time and time again to help us find the best experiences, hotel, etc. Least favorite part was that our trip was only 5 days but that’s on us not Lois! Lol My husband and I booked our very first stay in NYC with another couple who had also never been. I reached out on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations for things to do, see and eat in NYC. Lois commented saying she was a travel agent and had personally been to NYC several times. Although I’d never booked with a travel agent before I was feeling in over my head at this point. Booking with Lois was the best thing we could have done for our first trip to NYC!

For those of you who have been contemplating booking any trip with Lois I am here to say DO IT!!! We just got back from Disney World and it was a wonderful experience. Lois helped before, during, and after our trip. She was quick to respond and knowledgeable about everything. My mom and I took my 2 year old son and had an amazing experience! So thankful for everything she has done and continues to do! -Hannah S

Lois took care of getting all of our park passes set up and our first lightening lanes set up and answered any questions that we had. Everything went so smooth and had no problems at all! -Reagan K

So we had to cut our Disney vacation short due to Hurricane Milton a few weeks ago. We were sad to come home early but our safety was most important. Disney did a fantastic job at refunding us for three nights and one park day tickets for three people. My TA Lois Sturgill was amazing during the whole process and was so patient and understanding and helped me with getting all the refund taken care of. With that being said Lois has booked my family again for June 2025 and we can’t wait. Yes it’s hot in June but guess what it was 98 degrees almost everyday we were at Disney except for two days when it rained. So no difference for me except I’m not going during hurricane season anymore.-Vanessa B

This was a quick, last minute decision to take the trip. I typically take plenty of time to plan and research but I wasn't able to this time. I reached out to Lois for help and she took all the stress out of taking care of things last minute. Everything fell into place perfectly and we had a wonderful trip. Great experience! First time ever visiting there. We got to visit Epcot which was amazing, also Hollywood studios, and magic kingdom! They were all amazing and we enjoyed every minute spite the cold weather and rain. -Emma S

I felt very prepared going into this trip because of the planning and call with Lois. The only thing that didn't go as planned was the wait times at restaurants - it seemed that everyone was running around 30 minutes past the scheduled time which was due to the crowds and there wasn't anything we could have done to change this. Lois was so helpful in planning our trip! We will definitely use her when we book another trip. My kids are already talking about when we can go back!
